Raytheon Windchill PLM Project
- Designed government-compliant, Java Spring Boot based PDF converting/merging solution to replace Adobe product and save $600k in yearly license costs, and managed three developers to deliver within tight time constraints
- Enabled clients in closed network labs to upgrade to latest Raytheon PDM version, after multi-year delays, by replacing brittle, manual build steps with reproducible, deterministic installers
- Consolidated previously scattered data into a single unified view with efficient queries improving data accessibility for users and eliminating the need to search across multiple pages
- Simplified customer contract workflow by removing manual confirmation steps and automating related data updates, removing the dependency on a customer role in the workflow team
- Refactored date logic for contract-driven data packages to support timezones for Raytheon UK release
- Increased reliability of Selenium based autotests to drastically reduce reliance on manual regression tests and save QA/PM hundreds of hours per release cycle
- Added ability for users to save/share custom package structure filters, reducing user error and setup time
Raytheon Windchill PLM Project
- Wrote data validation scripts and collaborated with Windchill vendor to test internal data replication tool for transferring large structures of objects and dependencies between closed network labs
- Integrated existing engineering workflows with Cognos report generation system allowing users to see workflow metadata, action history, and associated files all in once place
- Innovated in-app admin data generation tool for bulk creating objects in different states to greatly reduce setup time during code reviews
